Kurt Hentz

Kurt focuses his practice on trials involving complex litigation matters, including personal injury defense, general negligence, insurance, and commercial litigation. He has represented utility companies, insurance companies, small and mid-sized companies, and individual clients.

He is “A/V” rated and has been the recipient of several awards, honors and distinctions, including the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Defense Research Institute, the Outstanding Service Award from the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and he has been named a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyer.

Kurt also serves as a mediator.
